ABOUT THE EVENT
WHAT IS TABLE TOPCON?
TableTopCon is the Gold Coast's homegrown tabletop gaming convention, and it's made for playing. Grab a seat at any table, let someone walk you through the rules, and ten minutes later you'll be trading wheat for sheep with the family next to you, or rolling to see whether your wizard makes it through the night.
Across the weekend you'll find board games, trading card games, roleplaying games and miniature war games all under one roof, with exhibitors, demos, tournaments and a free play library to keep you busy from open to close. Bring the kids, bring your mates, or come on your own and leave with a few new ones.
Trading Card Games
Bring your own deck and jump into casual games, learn a new game from scratch, or test your skills in a tournament.
Roleplaying Games
Never rolled a d20 before? This is the perfect place to start, with beginner-friendly sessions that guide you through your very first adventure.
War Games
Beautifully painted armies battling it out across incredible terrain. Try a demo, watch the action, or bring your own army for a tournament.

That's the idea TableTopCon was built on, and it's still at the heart of everything we do.
Tabletop gaming is one of the friendliest hobbies around, and we want as many people as possible to discover it. So for 2027 we're going back to our roots: an affordable, welcoming weekend where a family trying their very first game can sit at the same table as someone who's been playing for thirty years.
Keeping it affordable is a big part of that. We've chosen a venue that lets us keep ticket prices down, kids 12 and under still get in free with a paying adult, and if you hold a Companion Card, your carer comes in free.
More than 1,500 people joined us last year. We'd love to see you there in 2027, especially if it's your first time.

Wander the hall and meet the publishers, retailers and independent Australian designers behind the games. Play things you won't find in any shop and chat to the people who made them.

Game Demos
Not sure where to start? Head to the demo tables, where friendly hosts will teach you a game from scratch in a few minutes. It's the easiest way to try something new, and there's no pressure to be any good at it.

Tournaments
Ready to test yourself? Tournaments run across the weekend, from relaxed events for newcomers to properly competitive ones. Tournament entry is sold separately and opens with the programme.

TURN YOUR SHELF OF SHAME INTO CASH
We've all got them. The games we bought on a whim, played once, and have been meaning to get back to ever since.
Bring & Buy is your chance to give them a new home and make a bit of cash while you're at it.
List your games online, set your own prices and drop them off on Saturday morning. We'll handle the selling, and you
can collect anything that doesn't sell on Sunday. A small commission comes out of each sale, and that's it.
Not selling? Have a browse anyway. There are always bargains to be found, and that out-of-print game you've been
hunting for might just be sitting there waiting for you.
