Giveaway Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the TableTopCon 25 Ultimate Gaming Table Giveaway ("the Giveaway"). By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 13 years or older.
2.2. Employees of TableTopCon, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Only individuals who purchase a paid ticket to TableTopCon 25 before the event on May 24, 2025, are eligible to enter.
2.4. Tickets purchased on or after May 24, 2025 (including tickets purchased at the event) do not qualify for entry.
2.5. Free tickets, including promotional or complimentary tickets, do not qualify for entry.

3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must purchase a valid ticket to TableTopCon 25 on or before May 23, 2025.
3.2. Each ticket purchase counts as one entry into the draw.
3.3. Participants must retain proof of ticket purchase for verification purposes.

4. Prize
4.1. The prize is a custom-built gaming table valued at $4,500, crafted by AJ’s Place in Warwick, Queensland.
4.2. The prize includes the following features:
- DM area with a 40” TV under thick glass.
- Laptop preloaded with over 100 dynamic maps.
- Multi-colored LED strip mood lighting.
- Cup holders, dice trays, Bluetooth speakers, and individual player storage.
- Matching TV cover and dining top.
- DM shelving, covered cord areas, and castor wheels.
4.3. The prize also includes delivery to a single location within 100km of Brisbane, Queensland.
4.4. Delivery to locations beyond this area will incur additional charges, which are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Draw Details
5.1. The Giveaway draw will take place live at TableTopCon 25 at the Southport Community Centre at 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
5.2. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a fair and impartial method.
5.3. The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw. The Promoter will notify the winner directly via phone and/or email immediately after the draw.
5.4. The winner must collect the gaming table from the Southport Community Centre by 12:00 PM on Monday, May 26, 2025. Failure to collect the table by this time may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Notification and Prize Redemption
6.1. The winner will be contacted directly by the Promoter via the contact details provided during ticket purchase.
6.2. The winner must provide proof of identity and ticket purchase to claim the prize.
6.3. Arrangements for delivery (if applicable) will be coordinated with the winner following collection of the prize.

7. General Terms
7.1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner related to the prize, including delivery outside the 100km limit.
7.3. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
7.4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.

8. Privacy
8.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner.
8.2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
